A mid-level IPS officer with 5-10 years of experience can earn a salary of Rs. 1,12,000 per month. An experienced IPS officer with over 20 years of experience can earn a salary of Rs. 2,05,400 per month.

    The in-hand IPS Salary is 54,000, while the gross IPS Officer Salary is 64,000 per month (approx). Several deductions, including those for the Central Government, Health Services, NPS, Insurance Scheme, and Insurance Tax, would be made from the gross salary.
