You will also be asked for a copy of your caption, the name of your business, and a link to the page where viewers can learn more about your business or purchase something from your website. You can also add some text overlay on top of your video ad with up to 30 characters per line. Once all that information is entered into the form, click “Continue” at the bottom of the page and proceed through additional steps until you have created an ad.

Step 5: Consider Your Budget and Schedule

When you launch your Instagram ad, you must decide how much money you want to spend on it. Instagram ads are billed by the day, so if you start your campaign on a Monday, then it will be charged up until midnight on that same day. You should also consider how often your ad will appear in users’ feeds. The more frequently your ad appears, the more exposure it will receive and the higher chance it has of being clicked on by users.
